The University of Melbourne is refreshing its campus master plan for the first time since 2008 driven by a new business strategy. The new campus development framework will focus on the strategic drivers for infrastructure investment with the rising importance of STEM education, student experience, research translation, changes in pedagogy, and new forms of engagement. They are currently in the stage of discovery, investigating the strategy and data. This session will explore how the master plan will take into account new strategic focus areas, building communication with the stakeholders and planning for the future whilst staying true to the University’s identity.
