The University of Otago recently commenced a major Strategic Capital Works Program currently worth NZ$630M with further potential projects to be added. The focus is two fold, future growth and the requirements of the different faculties. Most of the current building stock was built in the 60s and 70s and coming to the end of their lifecycle. The challenge lies in identifying which projects to prioritise over the others when faced with limited time and resources. This session will explore the journey so far.
